1. Customer Service
Materials Used: Collars and leashes are made with sturdy nylon
webbing. Collars have ultra-strong acetal Wienerlock ® and Kitty Clip
side-release buckles. Collars have welded D-rings. Leashes have zinc
die cast snap hooks.

All orders will be shipped via U.S. Mail Priority 2-3 Day service, F.O.B.
(Freight on Board) Calabasas, California.

Order processing
All orders are processed during the business week and will be shipped
within 5 days of receipt. Sales tax may be charged depending upon the
shipment- destination.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee: Limited Warranty and Refund Policies
Our goal is to provide pet guardians with fun and innovative products that
promote pet adoption. Our products are manufactured to be functional
and to provide the highest standards of quality.
We guarantee your satisfaction. If our products are damaged or defective
upon purchase, we will either refund your purchase price, repair or
replace the product. For a full refund, items must be returned within 15
days of purchase in their original condition with all tags attached and
receipt enclosed. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact us
and return the item to us as described below. We will then reship the
item after the problem is resolved.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and want to return it, please
first contact us at admin@helpspotgear.com, or call us at (818) 371-
4132. You will then need to repackage your item and ship it to us with
postage prepaid along with a check to cover return postage. So you have
a record of your shipment, all returns/exchanges must be sent via USPS
with Delivery Confirmation or UPS.
4. Privacy
We currently use Yahoo! as our Web Hosting provider and Yahoo!
Merchant Solutions as our e-commerce provider, so it is important that
you read their privacy policy too. Help Spot Gear does not collect or use
any personal information other than the information you provide with your
order.
5. Disclaimers
The use of the helpspotgear.com website (this "Website") and the sale of
products or services offered on this Website are governed by these
terms and conditions. Other than our Satisfaction Guarantee, all
products sold on this website, and content or advice provided herein or
over the telephone, are provided “as is.” Help Spot Gear disclaims all
warranties other than those expressly provided, including any implied
warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Help Spot
Gear attempts to display its products as accurately as possible, but
cannot guarantee accuracy or completeness of the product description,
or whether the product will exactly conform to the image displayed a
particular customer’s computer screen.
6. Safety Notice
Our collars and leashes are very durable, but it is important that you
check items for signs of wear. We cannot guarantee against excessive
pulling or chewing.
Our collars are not suitable for tie-out. Only metal buckle collars are
suitable for tie-out.
It is the responsibility of the customer to evaluate the suitability of our
products for their particular use. By purchasing, you acknowledge that
you accept all responsibility for any accidents. Collars and leashes
should be inspected regularly.
7. Quantities
To properly serve all customers, Help Spot Gear reserves the right to
refuse, cancel, or limit any orders placed for products or services for
which quantities are limited, those that Help Spot Gear believes are
erroneous or duplicate, or the sale of such product is otherwise
prohibited.
8. Limits of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL HELP SPOT GEAR, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS,
EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS OR ASSIGNS OR OTHER
REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT,
WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE-WHETHER ACTIVE,
PASSIVE OR IMPUTED), PRODUCT LIABILITY, STRICT LIABILITY OR
OTHER THEORY, TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY
DAMAGES (INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL) ARISING OUT OF OR IN
